TIEMPO LIBRE.... The Interview With Jorge Gomez

This is a pre-recorded phone interview that I had with Tiempo Libre founder/pianist/musical director, Jorge Gomez, and that I aired on my internet radio show, "THE MIDDLE PASSAGE" (aired every Wednesday evening from 5-7pm) on Toronto radio station, RADIO REGENT. Tiempo Libre are a very talented group of musicians who originally hail from Cuba, but now make Miami their home. They specialize in a Salsa/Son hybrid of Latin music called Timba. I spoke with the groups founder, Jorge Gomez, via phone a few days before the group was set to perform at Toronto's Koerner Hall.....enjoy! (CLICK ON TITLE TO ACCESS MEDIA PLAYER)
